Hi,
My part is doing monocoque body. I am stuck at the thickness of the core (Aluminum honeycomb) and the numbers of layer of the carbon fiber?

What kind of bolt currently use for the mounting point of the space frame and suspension?

Which part should i start to consider?

Better do some analysis then :-) What load cases have you defined? What's your budget and what materials can you afford on that budget?
