i am looking out for brake discs with 200mm outer diameter and 4 mounting holes.....but am unable to find this combination........
is it adviceable to pick up bigger dia rotors and get them machined.....????????? any good sites for brake discs????????

You know exactly what you want. Why aren't you machining your own or finding someone to machine them for you?

Kaz Technologies sells blank brake disks for about $100 each.

If you can't machine them for any reason, or if you want help from an expert try with GALFER. They helped us very kindly with our last brake disks.

I keep 10" x .5" sawcut Ductile 80 blanks in stock for our FF/FC rotors, and have supplied them to many FSAE teams over the years.

Since you know what you need, why dont you just have them lasercut/waterjet and than surface grind? That seems alot cheaper if you can get the work donated...
