Frame Tubing Bends

Other then the bends in main and front roll hoops, are bends in other chassis members okay? I'm having trouble finding a rule about this, although I swear I've read about it before.

You did not look very hard. Try B.3.4.5 in the 2011 Rules and T.3.5.5 in the 2012 version.

It got put in for 2011, I suspect because the Rules Committee were fed up with teams doing something that Engineering 101 says you should not do! This is one reason why the Rules have expanded over the years.
