Eleven teeth may be very difficult.
Below about thirteen teeth it becomes very difficult to design a tooth profile that will clear the chain.

Think about how you would go about designing a two or a three toothed sprocket to appreciate the problem.

Heyho,

we bought our 11-teeth sprocket from sprocketspecialists.com. It was for a 530 chain, but since 530 and 520 only differ in width we ground it down to fit onto a 520 chain. The teeth were then ground by hand, their side planes are not parallel, they are thinner at the top.

However, be careful. 11 teeth is not much, you will suffer from the polygonal effect (is this the right word?), so don't over-tighten your chain!

Bye,
Procyon

We ran a 10 tooth on an R6 before, with no reliability issues. They were custom made, but this is pretty much the limit on this sized chain. You can definitely get 11s off the shelf though

Yes, this is what I meant. In german it's called polygonal effect because the shape of the chain will always be a polygon.
