Select the one which fits perfectly with the wheel assembly with the thinnest/no spacer.

If you know how far the hub faces are apart and the front track, the difference it twice the required offset. Be careful to make sure the profile of the wheel center will accommodate your brake calipers and so forth. Wheel offset makes a big difference when it comes to scrub radius and affects the bending moment on the hub and bearings.
