I am looking to build a custom main wiring harness for a 2000 Suzuki GSX-R600. I know that Suzuki does not offer the plugs and am wondering if anyone has attempted this and where the plugs came from. I cant find anywhere online that has the same connectors for all of the ECM/injectors/spark plugs and am hoping that I can find it.
All help is appreciated

are you trying to make a custom harness with the same connectors off the stock engine? or are you trying to make a custom harness that is compatible with you ecm?
I'm not exactly sure I understand what you're trying to do.

I don't know about the Gixxers for sure, but I think they use the same coil on plugs and injectors (Nippon Denso) as the F4i.
The part of the F4i harness for injectors and coils is seperate from the main harness and can be purchased for much less then the full harness. You may find a similar situation with the GSXRs. go to bikebandit and browse exploded drawings to see what's available for that bike.

I am attempting to make a custome harness that is compatible with the ecm. I have not had any luck with our local dealer finding plugs that are compatible as of yet.
Thanks for the help

the 01-03 600's use the same ECM connectors as a Motec ecm, i don't know if the 00's are the same. As to where you'd get those...?

Try Data Spares at http://www.dataspares.com/acatalog/Connectors_.html. They are in the UK, but I've found hard to find OEM connectors from them before. Good luck.
