Hi, does anyone have a chart for the corner radius of square tubing versus their side length?
I found one chart but did not do under 0.75"
I want to know the radius for 3/8 and 1/2" square tubing

Since most structural tubing is formed by shaping the metal around a form and welding it along the seam, I would bet that the bend radius is simply the minimum bend radius of a sheet with the same thickness of the tubing you are using. This changes depending on material and thickness though, so it will most likely vary depending on what tubing you are using.
What do you need this for though? I can tell you if you only need it for doing stiffness calculations, or MOI calculations, simply assuming it's a perfect square will give you accurate enough results.
