For starters, try looking around with the Find button... Search for "design report" (http://fsae.com/eve/forums?a=search&reqWords=design+report&use_forum_scope=on&forum_scope=125607348)

Then if you can't find an answer to something specific, ask that instead of something as general as how to do a design report.
