There are no standard parts in FSAE, especially the brakes.

I'd say a good start is figure how much heat will go into the brakes during a worst case scenario braking (assume convert vehicle KE to heat), based on the heat capacity, and the max temp you want to get, figure out how much rotor mass you need. From there, you got a good idea of the size.

After that, look at different manufacturers and pick the stuff to suit your needs. Search these forums, there's some good discussions on how to figure out sizing of the hydraulic gizmos.
