our engine is CBR600. I really want to know how much torque is needed when the clutch is separated.we want to do autoclutch.does anyone have experience?

I think that Briggs and Straton make a torque converter/3 speed box for this engine. Have you considered that?

If you remove the springs from the clutch, it'll take no force at all to separate.
