can any one suggest a good brand of connecting pipes for the honda cbr 600 f4i engine and radiator.
also are the pipes flexible enough or do we have to use some methods to give it the shape according to our needs.

Samco, SFS. Really depends what is available to you. You can bend the pipes to fit, then use jubilee clips to secure the hose, make sure you select the correct internal diameter to ensure a good seal.

If you want to use aluminium tubes, you can use the typical 6061-T6 tube that's readily available by locally annealing it, filling the tube with tightly packed sand and bending it by hand using a simple former to guide the bend radius. The tubing re-hardens to about T4 after a month or so, and is very resistant to cracking, dents, etc.

We've used Samco hose for the last three years, but all I can say is: Samco sucks. There are plenty of other silicone hoses out there that are more flexible and also do not kink under bending and are much cheeper.
