Am just in the design phase of our car and was wondering what sort of ride heights(with driver) people are running?

you don't need much more than whatever remaining suspension travel is left. Allow enough room on the nbose that the front suspension can be fuly collapsed, and the rear jacked up under braking, then make sure you still have at least a wuarter inch under the nose. If you have all wheels fully collapsed, you should still have at least a quarter inch under the car. just go as low as you can without scraping.

I'm assuming and hoping that you are designing the 06 car now. not the 05 car.
