If you want it completely free, there is an old well proven DOS program available called "Wishbone.exe" that might be worth a look.

There are some open source MBD probgrams where you can build a kinematic model yourself.

Also, while not "free", universities will typically have Matlab installed with the full Simulink library which includes a multibody library.
