Try to update the firmware on the Power Commander and see if the unit starts working again. Like Ohdaho said above, you may need a firmware programmer module to update the firmware. You can check for a tuning center in your area that may have one, and could do a firmware update; you can purchase a firmware programmer module, they are $40.00 plus shipping. Or, you can send the unit to us, and we will update the firmware, then test the unit.
