Has anyone tried the LM-1 wideband kit from Innovate Motorsports? (http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/lm1.php) I've heard some good things about it, especially compared to the Techedge kits, but I was wondering how it compares to the more expensive AEM units.

Thanks-

Hi, I have never used a AEM kit so I can't copare it but I use the LM-1 in my car and we use it on the schools formula car. It works great. I have had no problems with it either. I recommend it.
Take it easy, Micah

I would caution you on the 12 samples/sec data rate. You may find this a little on the slow side.
The AEM box has a 0-5 output you can log in your engine management system. It is more rugged, thus better suited for use on the car.

My FSAE price is 360.94 for the stand alone unit, so price isn't so different.

I have one for my personal car and we tried in on our FSAE car. Both will give a timing error (overheating) after a few minutes of running. And neither are located very close to the engine.
