EVO3 Datalogger Problem - Can't Connect

Alright guys, got a question for anyone that is using / has used the EVO3 Pro data logger. I was trying to transmit a new configuration to the datalogger earlier today when my laptop froze. Upon restarting my laptop, I have been unable to connect to the EVO3 Pro. It says that it is impossible to communicate with the datalogger. Even the MyChron dash that we have hooked up says that it has " no connection ". I already tried reinstalling Race Studio 2 without any luck. I am trying to redo the USB driver, but the only driver I can find is the AIM_USB_Inst_2008. In the readme file it says that I could try USBDRIVERInstallation.exe or AIM_USBdrv10_02.inf . Does anyone have any clue on what I could do? I'm afraid I've bricked the system and can't call technical support until Monday.
