What bearings are most suitable for quaife differential(in particular QDF7ZR).
What types of forces do the carriers see? Is it radial, thrust, or both?
Will the SKF Deep Groove ball bearings sustain?Since these are designed more for radial load.

Well, what kind of load do you expect from the differential? If it is axial, then something is about to disintegrate...

If you plan on using the stock housing of this diff, you don't have much choice on the bearing front, they will have to have the correct ID to fit the housing.

If you're looking to make a wise engineering choice, you'll need to determine the Basic Dynamic Load rating for each of your bearings. If you haven't learned about this in class yet, consult any engineering handbook. Look up "rotary bearing load formulas" on efunda if you're new to this kind of thing.

Check out the Timken catalog as well, as I recall they have their own "crash course in bearing selection/design" at the beginning of each section. For a more in-depth look, again an engineering design textbook (Shigley's is nice) has everything you want and more.
