What is your main unknown parameter in designing brake sys?
IS that pedal mechanical ratio ,necessity of booster or .... ?

RiNaaaaaaZ, stop being an ass.

mohsen, while I didn't design the brake system, I do know that our brake guy started by finding master cylinders that would operate our callipers with about 1" of travel, then he designed in a pedal ratio with a force that we all thought was right at the feel we wanted.

the main piece missing from doing my brake system design was the tires coefficient of friction...

well, they have rubber on asphalt and rubber on concrete coefficients of friction in every 1st year physics book http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

they also have rolling tire CoFs as measured on the TIRF in your TTC data :-)...

what did I do?...
anyhow, I can email you an excel brake spread sheet if you would like...have all the variables you will need to calculate brake force...
