I'm not really sure what kinde of video you are talking about. There is quite a lot of literature about vehicle dynamics available. If you search through this forum you will find quite a lot of recommended books you can start with.
I'd also advice you to read through the "Reasoning your way through the FSAE design process". It is quite long, but people from very succesful teams gave a lot of insight there, how their teams work and what they consider the keys to succes.

Danny Nowlan (ChassisSim) has been posting video links of his "Vehicle Dynamics Corner" program onto this forum for a while now, the thread can be found here: http://fsae.com/eve/forums/a/t...20309941#18620309941 (http://fsae.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/125607348/m/18620309941?r=18620309941#18620309941)
I have not watched much of them myself, but I believe this is what you are looking for.

If you are just getting started and need an introduction, Bemo has given you some good advice. As far as I know, there is not yet a "Vehicle Dynamics for Dummies" book, but some of the often mentioned books (Carrol Smiths "To Win" series, Fundamentals of Vehicle Dymamics, etc.) are written for people with little to no engineering or motorsports background.

Just to add to Owen's list. I would recomend "Fast Car Physics" written by chuck edmonson. It's easy to read and can be picked up for less than £10 used on amazon.
