yeah, the VIPER program is a new joint thing between us (ODU) and VaTech. We bring the Langley windtunnel and they bring in the rig.

well our mill and lathe are so badly out of tolerance we don't even consider using them...as for drill presses our small one works fine. Our big one has a ghetto switch
