I am a graduate student of IIT Guwahati....doing research in IC engine...

These papers did not just appear. Many people put in many hours of work, much of it on very expensive equipment.

Since SAE papers normally state the original downloader on the first page I doubt people will be dumb enough to just hand these things out.

If your University has an SAE Chapter you can request up to 25 (IIRC) SAE Technical papers every year for free.
Anybody feel free to correct me if this is no longer the case.

I'd suggest using your library's interlibrary loan service. If you don't have that contact SAE and have your SAE adviser request the 25 papers.
