Hadn't had one of these since HS.. little deli used to make em down the street from me in NJ.

"Country Western"

Simple. Grill up some bbq chicken breast(s), and layer that with American cheese on top, and bacon on top of that. Can make the bacon as soft or as crunchy as you like but I reccomend fairly soft and pliable. Ductile, one might say. Cheese melts nicely between em. Bread obviously has to be good, some sort of nice italian bread, baguette, or what I really want to try - garlic bread.

One f'in bomb sandwich.

Of course, a sandwich is only as good as the effort put into it. No half assing allowed. Gotta put in a little love.

EDIT - AND, if you're feeling especially awesome, and you wanna make that sandwich the full 10-tenths, I suggest mixing a little bit of sriracha sauce to the bbq before layin it on the chicken.
