Hello,
I'm a member of KRT - UFBA, a brazilian FSAE team.
Our car is made out of fiberglass, and we got a problem. The rule (B3.28) require the 3 Point Bending Test with a specimen bigger than our machines can take (500x200)mm.
Can I use a smaller specimen to perform the Bending Test?
(such as 250x100mm, or based on ASTM D0790-03 standard)
[and then do the calculations based on this specimen]
