Spax shocks? What units are these things? LOL

Hi all. Our team just bought some used equipment and included are a set of Spax Shocks. They are labeled "Track Spax" with external bump and rebound damping and threaded shock bodies. They are idetified with which is what I think is a part #:

I cant find any info on these things. Anyone that can help point me to a webpage or any kind of info is a saint!
