I'm using a paintball tank that has a built in regulator that reduces the output to between 400 and 600 psi, however the 12v solenoids and cylinders that i can get are only rated to a maximum of 150 psi. Would anyone be able to recommend regulator that would possibly be available from a UK or Irish distributor. Any feed back or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Palmer's Stabilizer regulator is very popular in both paintball and FSAE as a reliable regulator.

At least I can spell... But now that I'm done being a loser I can offer some advice.

You said you're tank regulates down to 400-600 psi. That's a big plus for you because now you don't need a reg mounted directly to the tank. Most CO2 tanks don't have a reg on them so the Palmer's reg is a popular choice, my team runs one too. If I were you I would consider running something like a Dye Hyper 3 reg. It's a very popular aftermarket reg in paintbal and very good quality (I personally use one on my paintball marker and it was a huge improvement over my stock reg). Depending on what gas you're using, CO2 or air/N2, you will have different options available as well. If you're using air/N2 then the stock reg from an Invert Mini is also a good choice, it's very small and mounts directly to the tank.

You can also try running a more industry standard product like something from Festo. Availability shouldn't be an issue (just find your local Festo dealer or call Festo directly) and they might even be willing to sponsor your team.

Anyways, I hope that helped you out. In the future try not to ask questions like "do you know where I can find [product x]". Very few people will have an answer for you.

kcapitano, you used the incorrect form of your.
I love the internets.

Regarding the topic, I used Palmer's with good results back in my days at Texas, which is quite a distance from the UK so I am not very helpful.
