The jegs ones are junk. I'm sure there are plenty of aircraft quality ones out there. These will be used for thin carbon/sheet metal. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Believe it or not, aircraft use nutplates a TON. The plane that I am working on now doesn't use that many quarter turn fasteners that I know of.

We get all our dzus tabs from Bicknell Racing. Great place, really nice people and they tend to give a 10-15% discount if you say you are from a university SAE program. We are lucky enough to have them within a 20 minute drive, but I understand they ship fairly quickly. The owner races sprint cars last I talked to him and understands how expensive these projects are and that every "racer" needed his parts yesterday.

Camlocs. After using these in Atlantics, I will never touch a Dzus again.

fixitmattamn,
Mine triggered as well. Must be the fact that a URL link is in the post.

The hex headed ones are the best... try fullborerace.com
They have them in both dome and flat configurations.
