2007 Car Status

We are a realitivly new team (2nd year, only four of our members have seen a compitition). And last year it was a 2 year car, that we were driving in febuary 06. So guess what im saying is that on a one year scale, we really dont quite know where we stand. So, I was wondering as to how far other teams are along on their car.
