As far as I know, electronic throttle blip is prohibited in FSAE (rule B8.5.2 "The throttle must be actuated mechanically, i.e. via a cable or a rod system. The use of electronic throttle control (ETC) or “drive-by-wire” is prohibited.").

Interesting to read that there are teams using your system though. http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

HI Jasper,
Ref your comment FSAE (rule B8.5.2 "The throttle must be actuated mechanically, i.e. via a cable or a rod system. The use of electronic throttle control (ETC) or “drive-by-wire” is prohibited.").
1 Our system does not use any sort of electronic throttle control
2 The throttle cable remains exactly as original on the car no changes at all.
3 we have supplied these systems to fsae teams for the past 3 years with no problems at all

Forgot to add the actual blip unit itself is totally powered 100% by engine vacuum.
