Hello,
we are having some difficulties with respect to slow the engine,
when we turn on the car we need to keep it fast so it does not hang up. We are using the mega squirt, since the lock in the programming but still nothing.
If anyone can help.
Sincerely,
Henrique.

What is the size of your plenum? What is your displacement of your engine? Do you have an idle adjustment screw you can mess with?
In other words--give me info plz.

Henrique,
Your engine cannot idle fast without air to feed it. Assuming the throttle plate is closed, the air is coming from somewhere else.
Check for gasket leaks, porous manifold or plenum or for vacuum hoses disconnected.
One source of air might be a leak past the butterfly spindle.
It doesn't take much of a leak to cause the engine to idle high.
