Hi Pedrot,
We have a 3D model(in Solid Edge but I can export to parasolid or whatever file type you want) We have drawn this from a diff we bought last year model number QDF7ZR.
Let me know your email and I'll send it out.

thank you very much, really http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
it´s the "universal" QDF7ZR, i don´t know if it´s the same as the fiesta, but the housing is different : http://www.quaife.co.uk/Chain-drive-cars-ATB-differential
the email is a30388@alunos.mec.ua.pt, if possible in IGS our CATIA part
One other thing, does Taylor Race Engineering have stub axles for this differential?
Thanks

Pedro
Yes we do in fact make 2 stubs for the Escort diff. 0200416 will be the 86mm BCD stub
and 0200417 will be the 94mm BCD stub.
One thing you might want to check into..
Because of production runs ,the Escort diff will be a more costly unit.
The Honda diff is so very close to the same dims as the Escort, but less money.
We have the Civic diff ,and also have 3 differant stub axles for that
0200420 which is the 86mm BCD
02004201 WHICH IS THE 94mm BCD
And the 02004202 which is our new Tulip style stub.

Sorry,now i´m confused http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_confused.gif
This:http://www.quaife.co.uk/Honda-Civic-Del-Sol-VTEC-dohc-ATB-differential
is the same as this:?

Pedro,
These are Quaife part numbers.
QDF7ZR is a Fiesta/Escort grease diff
QDF1U1/S is a Honda Civic grease diff
Size wise they are close to the same
Price wise ,the Honda is less.

The unit that you are looking at (http://www.quaife.co.uk/Chain-drive-cars-ATB-differential) is from Quaife UK, and is based on the Ford Escort and Fiesta unit.
Taylor Race Engineering is the USA Distributor (?) of Quaife equipment, and offers this chain-drive differential option based on the Honda Civic differential which Scotty is talking about:
http://www.taylor-race.com/pdf/INV-02000431_chain_drive_instal.pdf
http://www.taylor-race.com/pdf/INV-02000431_chain_drive_basic.pdf
Seeing as you are in Portugal, I do not know what the Quaife sales politics are or if you have a local distributor that you must buy from. Taylor has been very supportive of FSAE here, so you might want to take a peek at their web site and see if they have anything that you may need.....

Thanks, i know that, but the problem is that we don´t have time to design a sprocket support in the torsen housing, using a quaife we don´t need to design that.. Next year we´ll see http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Quaife supplies a good enough technical drawing, we've done ours from it. Just look at the website.
