What type of oil is everyone running in their Drexler diff? Drexler reccomends Castrol SAF XJ, but I can't seem to find it anywhere locally. After searching around I found that BMW M5s used this oil as OEM, but the local dealerships that I've called only have it it bulk.
Does anybody know where I can buy Castrol SAF XJ or is there an alternative that can be used?
Thank you.

Hi MattG28,
It's a few years since I last bought any but I got it from Demon Tweeks. It's a UK company, but I'm pretty sure it ships to the US. I don't know how convenient that is, but it's an option if you get desperate.
Interestingly, it now stocks "Castrol Syntrax Differential Oil 75W140", claiming that it's a replacement for SAF-XJ.
Hope that helps

We were using oil from Panolin with the same viscosity. Surely most oil manufacturers will have a suitable oil.

Thanks for the help guys. I'm going to try to find the Castrol Syntrax, otherwise it looks like any 75w140 full synthetic will work.
