Solidworks - Floworks

I have just got a copy of solidworks with floworks attached, I have tried using the wizard to get a simple analysis completed but cant work it out. There are no tutorials for it as far as I can see.

Is there somewhere I can look to get some info on how to use it or where to get a tutorial.

Yea it seems really archaic when you first get into it, but it really aint bad.

Go to Start -> Program Files -> COSMOS Apps -> Documentation

Or something like that. For Cosmos2005 that seems to be the default place for the tutorials and stuff to be stored. Its a decent tutorial for floworks.
