Does anybody have a recommendation for mounting a supercharger on to a single cylinder engine. Would packaging and functionality of the system be feasible.

Easiest way: don't do it.

Take and machine a groove into your differential housing that fits a v-belt. Then mount a v-belt pulley on your supercharger and mount it rather near to your diff and connect with a v-belt.

Problem solved, and as you go faster you get more boost.

1. Steal a Briggs motor and a CVT from the baja team.
2. Add pulley on crankshaft between CVT and engine for supercharger and belt-drive electric starter.
3. Take advantage of all those extra parts they have from buying a new engine every year by doing extensive dyno testing.
4. Remanufacture the back half of your team's car and install new powertrain.
5. Become an FSAE legend through the use of a highly unique powertrain.
