i can't able to proceed in my calculations as i dn't have any idea about tire graphs and relations.so any help in this topic will be appreciated.

You have a couple options.

1. Join the FSAE TTC and gain access to actual test data on FSAE tires

2. Use the F&M data that's been published in various vehicle dynamics text books and papers. It won't be ideal, but with tire F&M data nothing really is.

3. Borrow a tire model from a commercial vehicle dynamics software (say CarSim's F3 tire model) and make tweaks to the coefficients to get something reasonable

4. Contact one of the tire manufacturers to see if they have any data they can provide you.
