We cannot make engineering decisions for you.

Sure, why not add a wing?

Put a bigass radiator in the back.

You can use a wing-radiator.

Nothing that has not been invented.

Radiator wing: Creates little downforce, lots of drag, extra complexity, and raises your center of gravity! Whats not to love!

Can you make it moveable as well?

Actually, if you designed it right...

Instead of using the radiator as a gurney, run it spanwise inside the wing with a slot, and use it to blow hot air under the 2nd element... Reduces drag, increases downforce, what's not to love!
