Cost report for UK teams

Hi, Ian from Cardiff racing, South Wales, United Kingdom here. I helped with last years cost report and was aware that the structure had changed from that of 07/08. Been on the cost report website and am a little confused with the rules for this year. Do all UK teams have to use this new software or do we print it all out and send it in the post as we did last year? Thanks
