Low profile tires for 13 inch rims

We're currently looking around if there is alternative tire/rims choices ...

Has anyone found low profile tires with 18 inch outer diameter that fits 13 inch rims ?

As far as I know, there are no bias tires available in that size (or teams would be using them already). For a radial tire, you would be looking for something in the size range of: 175/35R13

Unfortunately, 35 series tires do not exist for 13" wheels. Good luck....
