Budget for Formula Student Event

I'm just trying to work out our budget for attending the Formula Student event. How much to teams generally spend over the event weekend and getting team and car to event?

Depends whether you blow anything up! We destroyed 2 4/2 solenoid valves on the Saturday and had to have spares motorcycle couriered out to Bruntingthorpe.

In general We rent a minibus to get the team there and a box van to get the car there and act as a lockup for tools and valuables.

In terms of food etc we leave that up to individual team members.

That's about it for actual expenses but the biggest amount could be your spares depending on what you want to take.
