Just wondering if everyone is using the type of kill switch (near roll hoop) that uses a resistor to burn off the current/voltage/energy/whatever you want to call it when you flip the switch, or just a straight up two-post switch? We've used the type with a resistor in the past but we would like to switch for simplicity, cost, and availability. And we have no EE's on our team http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

Thanks,
Ross

I would assume that it's a standard two post affair. I doubt enough residual current remains in the system that isn't depleted pretty quickly.
