New restrictor rule?

Howdy- is there going to be a new rule in effect regarding the restrictor set up for next year? Something of the nature of allowing the stock independent throttle body? Anybody got any ideas what that means at the end of the rules pdf for this year? Thanks

There are a couple threads in here about it. But the last word was that the rules will not be changed for next year. They will continue to look at the possibility of changing the rule but have made no decision in the affirmative.
