Hi,friends,

What kind of fuel pump do you like, an in-tank one or an external one? Last year we chose an external one but had some problems when turning or braking with a low fuel level.

Will an in-tank pump with plastic "fuel cup" solve the problem?

thanks

This sounds like more of a tank design issue and where/how the fuel is being siphoned. The geometry of your tank has a big impact, if it's very large at the base and you're siphoning at the bottom centre there's going to be a starvation problem regardless of an external/internal pump.

An external pump is easier to troubleshoot/replace/set-up and you'll have less likelihood of leaks in the tank itself.
A recess in the tank base at the siphon point or another way of keeping the siphon immersed will do fine.
