Hello Guys,
I was thinking to use lap belt freely in rotation, around the tube. But looking in the rule I saw an item that a stayed confused.

B5.3.4 To fit drivers of differing statures correctly, in side view, the lap belt must be capable of pivoting freely by using either a shouldered bolt or an eye bolt attachment, i.e. mounting lap belts by wrapping them around frame tubes is no longer acceptable.

Somebody could help me?
Thank you !

I think you are confusing terms.

For the lap belt, meaning the one that goes around your waist, you cannot do what is drawn.

For the shoulder belts, meaning the one that goes over your shoulder on either side of your head, you can wrap the belts around the shoulder harness bar like you have drawn. You don't even need the protection piece.
