Hi all,
we are setting up our MoTec for the first time, and are having trouble getting it to run with our new intake. One of the old intakes runs pretty well, with a barrel throttle, the new one is set up with a butterfly. both are side entry types. All of our old maps for the autronic are MAP based, and we are trying to set up TPS based maps, so the shapes are all different.
If anyone could help out with a base map so we can work out what shape our fuel map should be it would be greatly appreciated. The engine will fire, run roughly, then revs up really quick (10,000RPM), will stall if we close the throttle a little, and we can only control it by choking it with a hand over the throttle. Any advice? This is being done without load at the minute.
