First we picked our wheel wenches, then we picked our wheel studs. Order matters in this case.

we use 560mm hydroxyltitaniumcobaltumferrum spindles with Timken double row peanut bearings.
or you can find a CAD drawing of the wheel you're planning to use and measure it to design the studs

You're seriously using wheel studs? A guy on our team did the shear force calculation on those and they're weak. We'll be welding our wheels to our hubs this year.

The hub's still too weak. Weld it to the upright.

you have to weld the uprights to the shocks first, then the butt.
