I've been reading up on the Quaife differential. Some online sources say that the Quaife behaves exactly like a torsen, but others indicate that a Quaife will bias torque to the OUTSIDE wheel in a turn. Is this true?

I should behave like a torsen because it is a torsen style differential. Torsen meaning TORque SENsing. The torque should bias to the outside wheel being that the inside wheel will have less grip.

The torsen biases to the slower moving wheel. Unless the inside wheel breaks loose when cornering, most of the torque will go to the inside causing an anti yaw moment.
