Just wondering if any place is offering any discounts or knows of any cheap online places that sell driver suits, and gloves?

thanks

I've had good luck with http://www.racerwholesale.com/

But, the one-piece suits don't fit anybody over 6' in my experience, even in the XXL size. Plenty wide, not very tall.

Call Bell Motorsports!!! They make both Bell and Pyrotect. We just got a ton of stuff from them. Call them and ask for Bob Booth and let him know you're an FSAE team make sure to mention that the guys from U.C. Berkeley told you to talk to him. He's been VERY helpful to us! You can reach him at 510-536-2355.

Omar, you guys should drive down here try stuff on at their warehouse in Oakland!

I know I might sound like a broken record here http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif but we bought 2 new suits last year from Hoerr Racing. http://www.hrpworld.com They sell 'Leaf' brand which is kind of a mid-level suit, better quality than a G-force or similar but not quite a Sparco/Simpson level. We were very pleased with the suits. They are a lot nicer than our old Race-tech suits.

Simpson has something like a 20% discount for FSAE teams. Our sponsorship guy talked to them, so I dont know who to contact, but I can find out if you want.

We stole our suits from an F1 team last year and they found out http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif. Not too subtle actually as we didn`t take the badges off!!!
