Can't you machine spacers for jigging? Seems cheaper than using bearings and it would probably ruin them if you did.

yea, i wish i could., no heat will be on this rod end at this step on the arm fab.

Not sure what the part is.. but we didn't have to do anything special for our a-arm jigging. Its a really simple set up. Other than making and hardening our own staking tools.

You have no machine shop access, or what?
