Does anyone have any information on the flow rate of the water through the radiator on a 03 zx-6rr K1 Kawasaki? I know it will be a little different for each team due to piping and frictional losses, but a rough estimate would be appreciated. Or the output right out of the pump would help too.
Thank you

SAE Paper 2004-32-0084 investigates small engine cooling with regards to electric water pumps.
One chart in there lists the flow rates for a "600cc" engine (much like yours) as having a flow rate of 20LPM @ 4000 RPM, and ~ 60 LPM @ 10000 RPM with a relativley linear relationship between the two.

I just mentioned something similar on the "radiator design" thread. I can see this type of testing being accomplished with little more than a stopwatch and a "calibrated bucket."
