we need a place to upload files so that every year we dont have 20 posts lookin for wilwoods and F4i models!

Yeah, it would be tough to model only off of Wilwood's drawing, it does give most critical dimesions but leaves the details up to approximation. I already have the caliper so it was much easier to create. I'm at work right now but I will send the solid model to everyone who has requested it either tonight or tomorrow.

Wow! You are a generous soul! We have just decided upon using those calipers after running our brake analysis. We just got done modeling our current Wilwoods after thinking we were going to use them, so that kinda stinks. We wouldn't have a problem modeling them ourselves if we had them already or if that 2-D drawing was a little more precise. If you get a chance and could shoot us that model at

ueformulasae@gmail.com

we would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks again,

Thanks again for this (I got the email a few days ago).

If anyone gets the IGS file to work let me know... the STP works fine though (may have just been my machine or something)

If you could send those my way I would greatly appreciate it also. Waiting on the calipers and those dimensions just don't give enough info. Thanks.

not to be stingy, but i worked hard on these and i think all of you should too. It builds your skills. Thats the whole point of this competetion, to build skills. enjoy

also, click on the pictures and look at the motorcycle battery. Yeah, thats in solidworks.

Those are sweet. I wish I had the time to photorender every part but there are much more pressing issues than that right now. I'm kinda surprised how popular these calipers are. They're light and fairly inexpensive but holy shit are they wide, at least compared to an average motorcycle four or six piston caliper. They forced us into a little more scrub than we were anticipating.

Sorry, these aren't the calipers we are using. These are the calipers we already have, so don't worry about sending it my way.
Thanks though,

P.S.
Brian,
Those drawings are sick!
