Giving your own post a 5 star rating won't help your cause on this forum.
First, let's start with some common curtesy. Give a little introduction so we know who you are and give us some background information on your problem.
Try answering some of these questions and perhaps someone will be able to help you:
1) What is your level of experince with ADAMS/CAR?
2) What are you trying to accomplish?
3) What have you done already and what were the results?
4) Why do you think you got the results you did?
5) What results do you think you should get or are hoping to see?
Just posting a random picture that has no context will get you nothing and after your second post post you will be lucky if anyone responds at all.
Good luck

Background info: The CV joint here being used as a spherical joint with an additional DOF constrain to prevent the shock from spinning w.r.t. the chassis. Stated differently, the CV gives the correct number of DOFs for the system.
Now to your issue: The orientation here shouldn't affect anything, since its constraining rotation, not transferring it. Are you getting some error you think to be related to the hooke joint? The fix involves template modification, which I recommend avoiding if possible if you are a novice user.
